Hi,
dmraid is mostly dead, and I think latest in trixie we want to
remove it completely. Support from d-i is already gone. You can find
some history in #864423.
I would aim for having bookworm still ship with dmraid itself, but
only as a migration path off it. I would think libblockdev can drop
supporting it now.
Please remove the Build-Depends libdmraid-dev. This will probably
also remove dmraid from the key package set.
