Hmm, I could have tried this, but thought I would end up with more
problems.
If your system has been running unstable for such a long time without a
reboot, it's very likely that it has been in a bit of an odd (runtime)
state.
I'm tentatively closing the bug report as it is not really actionable.
If you run into the issue again or if you have a minimal reproducer for
the issue, we can reopen the bug report.
