* openssl moved some ciphers among SECLEVELs
* debian compiles DEFAULT@SECLEVEL=1 into wpa_supplicant
* WPA Enterprise authentication provided by Microsoft Windows 2008
servers now needs DEFAULT@SECLEVEL=0 or similar.
This is feature request to add openssl_ciphers configuration into
networkmanager.
I created pull request at upstream:

This is supposed to be fixed upstream according to
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/1457
so closing the corresponding downstream bug report.
