It seems that cockpit-storaged was not built with the btrfs filesystem support
that was added in upstream cockpit-310

Unless I'm mistaken (wouldn;t be the first time) and upstream removed or
disabled the support in a later version.

You are missing udisks2-btrfs, installing that package should be all
that's needed to enable btrfs support in cockpit-storaged.
