Hi,

I have a wireguard connection for work where the endpoint has no pre-shared key
configured.

Neither nm-connection-editor, nor network-manager-gnome, nor nmtui allow for not
setting the pre-shared key, it seems. If I leave the field blank, the file will
have the field preshared-key-flags=0 set in the respective peer section, which
makes the connection fail when trying to bring it up:

$ nmcli c up "<company> VPN"
Secrets are required to connect WireGuard VPN '<company> VPN'
Warning: password for 'wireguard.private-key' not given in 'passwd-file' and
nmcli cannot ask without '--ask' option.
^CError: nmcli terminated by signal Interrupt (2)

If I manually delete preshared-key-flags=0 from
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/<company>.nmconnection, reload n-m, then
bringing up the connection works just fine:

$ nmcli c up "<company> VPN"
Connection successfully activated (D-Bus active path:
/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/ActiveConnection/5)

Greets,
Lee

Works fine here (on Debian sid).

So closing for that Version
