Package: gnome-power-manager
Version: 2.14.3-3+b1
Severity: normal
Having previously suspended a laptop and awakened it again, for
example by closing and opening the lid, unplugging the power cable
causes the machine to suspend again, even when the battery is fully
charged. I only see this behaviour while logged into a GNOME session,
which is why I believe that Power Manager is to blame, and only if the
laptop has been suspended before, i.e. unplugging the power cable in
GNOME after a reboot does not cause the machine to suspend.
I assume you will need some additional information/help to debug this,
but I'm not sure of what. Please let me know, and I will provide it,
if possible.
I see this behaviour on an IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad X41 with ACPI enabled.
