Package: network-manager-vpnc-gnome
Version: 0.7.1-1
Severity: important
I had problems with NM not asking me for VPN passwords, even though I had
specified
that it should ask. There was a dbus-related error message in daemon.log for
every
connection attempt. It was a known problem in ubuntu, and a patch has been
supplied
there:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-vpnc/+bug/360818
The patch proved there in comment #3 fixes the problem by adding dbus
priveliges,
by modifying /etc/dbus-1/system.d/nm-vpnc-service.conf
Best regards
Torquil Sørensen

Should be fixed by the latest upload of network-manager 0.7.2-1. Can you confirm
that?
Didn't hear back from, so closing. If you can still reproduce please
reopen or let me know.
