libnss-mdns doesn't actually use Perl anywhere except for a call in
the maintainer script. But that doesn't import any modules, so
perl-base will do just fine. Please drop the unnecessary perl
dependency, so that it's possible to install this package without Perl
(embedded and space constrained environments).
