After disconnecting mobile broadband, the menu entry has disappeared
completely: left click on Gnome's network applet shows no mobile broadband
entries, and right click does not show 'Enable Mobile Broadband'.
This can be fixed by either removing and reinserting the dongle, or to restart
the network manager: /etc/init.d/network-manager restart.
This happened after an update near the beginning of April.
