Could you test, if only upgrading libqmi-glib1 and libqmi-proxy to 1.12.4-2 (i.e. the version from experimental), is sufficient to trigger the problem? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
