Package: modemmanager Version: 1.4.12-1 Severity: normal Hi,
If I suspend my laptop while my LTE modem is connected, the connection does not come back after resume unless I restart ModemManager (i.e., "systemctl restart ModemManager" or similar). If I ensure that the connection is disconnected before I suspend the laptop, then everything works fine on resume. I suspect that ModemManager does not properly detect the suspend, or that it does not properly update its internal state when a suspend is detected, causing it to not do the correct things on resume. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.2.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=nl_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=nl_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages modemmanager depends on: ii init-system-helpers 1.24 ii libc6 2.19-22 ii libglib2.0-0 2.46.1-2 ii libgudev-1.0-0 230-2 ii libmbim-glib4 1.12.2-2 ii libmbim-proxy 1.12.2-2 ii libmm-glib0 1.4.12-1 ii libpolkit-gobject-1-0 0.105-13 ii libqmi-glib1 1.12.6-1 ii libqmi-proxy 1.12.6-1 Versions of packages modemmanager recommends: ii usb-modeswitch 2.2.5+repack0-1 modemmanager suggests no packages. -- no debconf information _______________________________________________ Pkg-utopia-maintainers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-utopia-maintainers
