Package: avahi-daemon
Version: 0.6.32-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
I got the following -

[$] adequate avahi-daemon

avahi-daemon: broken-symlink /etc/network/if-post-down.d/avahi-daemon
-> ../if-up.d/avahi-daemon

This was easily seen by not seeing the expected file in if-up.d/ directory

┌─[shirish@debian] - [/etc/network/if-up.d] - [2963]
└─[$] ls

00check-network-cable  10check-duplicate-ip  10check-duplicate-ip6
openvpn  wpasupplicant

can this be fixed please one way or the other.

I actually reinstalled the package with the same results. I got to
know of it when using ifdown.

You deleted that file for some reason, so it's not surprising the
symlink is dangling. The file is shipped in the package.

Not a bug, thus closing.
