I'm unable to run 32bit binaries on my 64bit debian jessie environment. Tried
to install wine32 but it's not available for amd64.
sb@s1:~$ wine Downloads/setup_dungeon_keeper_gold_2.0.0.4.exe
unable to find wine executable: the wine32 package probably needs to be
installed.
Do i miss something?

You need to enable multiarch first:
# dpkg --add-architecture i386
# apt-get install wine32
