since wine-3.0 and wine64-3.0 are available in stretch-backports the
wine32 part of the package should also be availabe in strech-backports.
The wine-3.0 package actually depends on wine64 (<< 3.0-1~bpo9+1.1~) or
wine32 (<< 3.0-1~bpo9+1.1~), the latter being not available. Please make
this package available, as the current situation renders wine
installations unusable.

And it will be, soon — the buildds have finished uploading it, it simply
needs to be installed in the archive and then mirrored. See
