I have just packaged gsynaptics-mcs-plugin announced in http://foo-projects.org/pipermail/xfce4-dev/2007-January/021995.html You can download its Debian package at http://namazu.org/~tsuchiya/debian/gsynaptics-mcs-plugin/.
