Now I wonder.

dbus-x11 only provides dbus-launch (and the stuff to run it if people
use startx or gdm/xdm/*dm). I've added dbus-x11 to xfce4-session
recommends (meaning people using apt-get install xfce4 will have dbus by
default as apt-get install recommends now). I can drop it to “Suggests”
but I'm not sure it's worth it.

But other packages Recommends:ing dbus? They don't call dbus-launch
directly, they rely on having a session bus available. I wonder if I
still should move dbus to dbus-x11 or not.
