Package: squeeze Version: 0.2.3-5 Severity: important While archiving folders Sqeeze freezes the desktop filling almost all the memory in a short time. It takes a lot of time to finish them the desktop to recover (I'm afraid to test it again, I think about 5-7 minutes for a 500k folder). I'm on XFCE and used it from the Thunar archive plugin directly (right click->create archive). XArchiver works very fast, it's not a back-end problem.
