And in fact I already did that to fix #426164 but it the launcher is still shipped (but the config file does not have it so it shouldn't even be displayed). Could you try with a fresh user and report back if the launcher is present or not? (assuming you didn't yourself modify the /etc/xdg/xfce4/panel/panels.xml and didnt merge the modification in 4.4.2-4 but I guess it's not the case :) ) Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis
