Package: mousepad Version: 0.2.16-3 Severity: normal I can reproduce this reliably. It appears to be an interaction with xfce4-clipman (2:1.1.3-1).
Steps to reproduce: 1. Start clipman 2. Open a file with mousepad 3. Copy or cut some text 4. Close mousepad Mousepad takes about 10 seconds to quit. Whether clipman is started or added to the panel does not seem to matter, and neither do the exact methods for copying text or for quitting mousepad. When either clipman isn't running, or no text is copied or cut, mousepad quits instantly. Mousepad is the only application where I have seen this behavior.
