Hi Ilya, Did you try to use the "GTK+" color in the settings dialog? It reuses only two main colors with a different contrast for text and background but that's about it.
If it's a feature request you wish, you can file a bug at bugzilla.xfce.org and ask for an option to disable the use of the custom style.
