Package: xfce4-panel
Version: 4.8.3-2
Severity: normal

Since 4.8, after opening a lot of windows, the "Window Buttons" applet (aka
task-bar) ceases to display all of them, and only shows about 4 first ones
instead, with a button by clicking which a pop-up menu appears, listing the
rest of open windows.

There should be a way to disable this behavior. Currently it can be sort of
disabled by turning off "Show button labels" in the applet properties. That
way all window buttons appear at once on the panel. But previously it was
possible to have any amount of window buttons with captions too (however
small/cropped) without any sort of grouping.

Just chose “never” for window grouping in the window buttons properties.
