Package: thunar Version: 1.2.2-1 Severity: minor Sometimes when I eject [umount] an SDHC card from the Thunar, a useless but inconvenient error dialog appears.
To produce the problem, I followed this routine: Insert an SDHC card into a USB card reader. Mount it by clicking its entry in the Thunar Shortcuts (side) Pane. Browse some of the folders in the [camera] card. Click the Eject button next to the drive label in the Thunar Shortcuts side pane. The problem is erratic, and does not occur every time. I got the impression that browsing the files, selecting them, and opening them might increase the rate of occurrence, but it doesn't seem tangibly related. To reproduce the bug, I had to follow the routine several times, partially removing and re-inserting the SDHC card each time to get Thunar to recognize it. When it does occur, the error is a dialog message-box with no frame title, a body heading of 'Failed to open directory "CANON_DC".' above the text "Permission denied.", followed by a "[x]Close" button. It seems harmless but annoying.
