The location of exo-helper has moved to 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/exo-1/exo-helper-1.
This causes the following error when any hyperlink is opened:

  Failed to execute child process "/usr/lib/xfce4/exo-1/exo-helper-1" (No such 
file or directory).

Did you read the exo NEWS entry about that? Just restart xfce4-terminal.
