What I usually do is create (usually from another plugin or from scratch) a debian/ folder, put it in goodies/trunk/<foo>, then add the mergeWithupstream property.
Then building is straightforward, I use the scripts/pdebuild-source.sh script, which is self-documented. I've fixed the tree and will look at the content when I have time, thanks for your work anyway. Regards, -- Yves-Alexis
