No word at all from the original maintainer or the reporter in order to explain the new maintainer what is the problem and why it is reassigned. I need to do the job myself to go through the BTS and read the whole thread in order to understand why it has been reassigned, what the problem is etc. That is rude and it's considered really better to forward bugs with a real mail to the new maintainer explaining what happens and making a bug summary.
