Xfwm4 manual page points to "Upstream documentation in /usr/share/doc/xfwm4/html/C/index.html" The documentation has been moved to http://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/start since 4.9.0. Please update the manpage. Notice in README.Debian would be nice too.
