As far as I can tell, this is due to systemd-shim, but it's a bit hard to debug. It might be the same thing as https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=757348 or https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=747821 but it's not completely sure. Any help appreciated.
