Are you sure that's ok for the release team?
My understanding is that updating config.sub/guess is ok, autoreconf is
generally frowned upon but if you want to be sure then feel free to file
a "pre-approval" unblock request.
Well, if your only goal is to have xfce4-goodies installable I could
also upload an xfce4-goodies with notes-plugin removed on arm64…
I'd kinda consider that approach as a last resort. As far as possible we
should be trying to give a consistent experiance across architectures.
