That's a bit optimistic. Xfce 4.12 will first go to experimental. That might happen before the Jessie release, but it's not the priority right now (so please fix bugs affecting Jessie instead). Once Xfce 4.12 is in experimental *and* Jessie is released, it's pretty certain the release team will do the same as the previous ones, and ask for coordinated transitions. So we'll ask as transition slot for Xfce and wait for them to give us a “go” to upload to unstable. Once it's in unstable and there's no RC bug against it, it'll migrate to testing.
