Package: xfce4-volumed
Version: 0.1.8-1
Severity: normal
Whenever a Youtube video begins or ends; whenever a song begins or ends playing
in Rhythmbox (even when playing an internet radio stream, when they change
tracks); whenever Skype needs to make sounds; xfce4-notifyd shows a popup which
tells me my current volume level.
I don't believe this is related to stale messages, since internet video
playback triggers it. Worth noting, pausing Rhythmbox does not issue the
notif, but Play, Stop, Next and Previous, all do.
