Yes, though of course the conffile location has since moved to the XDG-compliant ~/.config/xfce4/terminal/terminalrc I'm tempted to suggest that a default of MiscBell=TRUE would be more sensible (or to provide a UI for the hidden options), but that's probably upstream's decision to make...
