This depends on patch #684.
Rebased on top of #684-1.
New patch #685-2 attached. I added the missing code that's supposed to
populate the keyID in PKCS12CertInfo.
Patch #686 can be applied on top of this patch.

Thanks! The pkcs12-cert-find and pkcs12-key-find had to be changed to
require PKCS #12 password in order to work properly with PKCS #12 files
generated by pk12util. Pushed to master.
