I haven't had time to study this particular code, but I am in favor of having the optional feature it provides in the main planner distribution. So if others have tested the code and it works, I support installing it. I agree with replacing the C: with something more explicit. "Created" works for me. In what form should it be installed? It seems too small to be an independent library.
