There's been a couple versions since then, and I think your bug has been fixed.
Could you try a newer version of Planner please, and let us know if you still

Yes, if you give the command a prefix, you can tell it look at plan pages also.
So, do C-u M-x planner-list-unfinished-tasks and give it a pattern to follow,
or just hit RET to search all pages.
