The move is done, I moved it to /kdebase/workspace/plasma/generic/runners/.
I added it as folder kill. It is added to the CMakeLists.txt like this:
if (NOT WIN32)
add_subdirectory(kill)
endif(NOT WIN32)
I hope that is ok.
