1. Fresh Install of Latest Tumbleweed / OPENSUSE image.
2. Install Proprietary Nvidia drivers
3. No more boot splash screen
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Boot splash screen breaks showing 3 Green dots on a grey background

Boot splash screen of plymouth theme shows
