it can almost certainly be run in the same, simple "full screen" containment 
that the full-screen plasmoids will be run in.

you know, i'm not overly convinced the weather appet needs to be much more 
detailed in this case. what it needs is a quicker way of switching between 
available cities, such as a list that shows all known locations in a 
scrollable list that can be selected from, replacing the search mechanism 
tucked away in the config dialog in these cases.
