Please work on fixing CI that is failing in master, I will
remove/disable any on their 4th week failing. It is very important that
CI is passing.
* 88 monitored repos
* 6 failing CI in master
* 3 configured for auto-repeating tests
* 33% of repos configured to require passing tests
Great news: percentage of repos configured to require passing tests went
from 14% to *33%!* Special thanks to Justin Zobel for a bunch of work to
improve this across repos the past week! 🎉
Good news: 6 repos fixed
Bad news: 4 repos still failing, 2 repos started failing
