Hello, I've already posted a bug, but Aaron said, it's better to talk about it on the mailinglist. I think that Plasma::Meter needs a minimumSize if labels are set... Otherwise this seems inconsistent to me, because a Plasma::Label has a minimumSize set (so you can read the text). Thats the bugreport: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251520
