thanks to Marco, myself and our usual quiet buzzing bee triagers, we are down over 60 reports since i wrote this. we still stand at 933, which is far too many, though a lot just need to be triaged. i'm really happy with the work Marco and i did today, however, as we closed a significant number of new and old bugs with significant user impact. :) how low can we go? -- Aaron J.
