If we want to have an integrated sdk we need ways of integrating things, kdevplatform seems to be exactly that. Ofc we should keep the binaries as well, and add (in case they lack them) proper interafces to integrate them with other editors. A case that comes into mind is Netbeans and his great Javascript support, I'm sure somebody will want to be able to create/test/everything plasmoids using that JS support we lack.
