Incase you don't meet anyone it is super easy to get to the office, take the main airport bus service Aerobus http://www.aerobusbcn.com Get off at 2nd stop Gran Via/Urgell and walk to the office on Sepulveda. (south a block and west a block as I remember, barcelona is like an american city in block layout.) 10,20EUR return.
