No idea. How do you know it doesn't work for you? Did you try setting your clock to 12:45 PM and then start PMC? Also, make sure you do a "make install" before running the app so that you are actually running the new code.
Its not a good idea to submit a patch for review if it doesn't work with you as you expect it to.
