Another system had the same problem. The solution that seem to work for me has
been to delete ~/.kde/cache-fedora/icon-cache.kcache.
Deleting $XDG_CACHE_HOME/icon-cache.kcache doesn't do anything. Probably
because KDE4 apps are affected.
