Regarding PowerDevil: There old product is Solid/powermanagement (49 Bugs), Solid/powermanagement-kcm (5) and Solid/powermanagement-daemon (14) many of which are also/still valid in a 5.x world. I will go through them and re- assign them to PowerDevil if they're still valid or desirable (in case of features) for 5.
