DrKonqi is a new repo (and from a distro perspective, a new tarball), creatively called drkonqi.
Master is now there and it will be released with Plasma 5.11, the next major Plasma release and then continuing following the Plasma releases. It is still in the 5.8, 5.10 branches of plasma-workspace, and will remain there for future 5.8.x, 5.10.x releases. Plasma devs, cherry-picking will have to be done manually between repos. Harald, can you sort out all the cmake of both relating to your fancy unit test. David
