  I'm very concerned about this from a security perspective. This would allow 
to globally get notifications about the cursor positions and thus destroy one 
of the design goals of Wayland. I'm not against it in general, but I think we 
need to come up with a good solution to address the security implication.
  
  Why do you want to do things like MouseMark, Trackmouse with a declarative 
KWin script? This would be very bad from performance consideration. If you want 
to do these effects in a scripted approach we need to extend the scripting API.
