* [General] Fixed desktop toolbox not closing on click outside and ESC
* [FV] Much improved quality of preview thumbnails (were ugly and pixelated
before)
* [FV] Worked closely with Shawn Rutledge to finally get the hover fix into Qt
after some improvements to the patch: Should be in next Qt 5.9.x and 5.1.x;
recommended distros patch before
* [TM] Fixed the launcher model not always rejecting duplicates properly;
improved launcher model unit test to fix CI failure
* [SysSe] Looked into the color woes on the sidebar, after initial
investigation handed it off to sebas and Marco
* [Other] Please review my Launch Feedback KCM port @

we did slight re-work of plasma mobile website, some new pages,
plasma-mobile.org/get and plasma-mobile.org/join
also whole site is now jekyll based and version controlled, which makes it
easier for community to edit/add pages

* Fixing some graphical bugs in kirigami listviews which are affecting Discover
* Fixed some other graphical issues in Kirigami/qqc2-desktop-style which made
systemsettings sidebar colors behave odd
* Fixed a bug in Colors kcm that prevented any effects to be applied (including
disabling the inactive selection effect) (5.12 and master)
* High dpi fixes in Konsole
* fix for a long standing plasmashell crash related to the Plotter component
(system monitor, network manager etc) D10250

[12:14:44] <notmart> Sho_: so far i seen that it fixes some horizontal lines
appearing when you select text
[12:14:59] <Sho_> oh yeah i've seen that too
[12:15:02] <notmart> the cursor still seems to have a pixel missing in the
corner
[12:15:30] <notmart> and still, sometimes a line of the background isn't
rendered making that piece completely transparent
[12:15:38] <notmart> those seems all separate bugs :/
[12:16:32] <notmart> thing is being heavily based on qregions everywhere (which
is good, as minimizes needed rendering areas like crazy), opens the door for
rounding errors everywhere :/
