Without changes to the SDDM and KScreenLocker themes, we'd need to
ensure that subsequent wallpapers also look this good, but that seems
doable.
But I liked those anyway, so that's easily solved.
I'd strongly approve, and that would solve a multitude of bugs and user
complaints about the default theme being unreadable on light backgrounds:

We'd want to make it look good, of course, so people don't complain
