REVISION SUMMARY
Some input devices register several copies of themselves upon connection
(e.g. a mouse registers as a keyboard as well, or a keyboard registers twice as
a keyboard). Hence the keyboard/mouse configuration is called multiple times
for no reason.
This commit compresses the configuration calls using a singleshot timer.
